Mindjammer Press at Dragonmeet 2018!

Mindjammer Press is going to have its own table at Dragonmeet in London this year. Come and visit us at table 51 in the Trade Hall at the Novotel London West, Hammersmith, London, from 10am to 7pm on Saturday 1st December!

We’ll have some special goodies this year. In addition to our Mindjammer line of RPGs and fiction, we’ll also have:

  • our brand-new RPG Capharnaum – The Tales of the Dragon-Marked
  • the Capharnaum quickstart adventure The Tears of Ampharool
  • The Swallower of Souls, the quickstart for our up-coming cosmic fantasy RPG The Chronicles of Future Earth.
  • hard-copies of the Monsters & Magic RPG.

And some exceedingly rare goodies, including:

Mindjammer Press is going to be at Dragonmeet in London on Saturday 1st December, this year – and for the first time we’re going to have our own stand! We’ll have copies of Mindjammer – The Roleplaying Game and supplements, Capharnaum – Tales of the Dragon-Marked, and even physical copies of the quickstart for The Chronicles of Future Earth, “The Swallower of Souls”. On the stand will be Sarah Newton, Jason Juta, and Stephan Barat, François Cedelle, and Morgane Munns from our French partners Studio Deadcrows – so bring along your copy of Capharnaum if you’d like François to sign it!

What we really want to do this year is to make sure we have our games being played at Dragonmeet, too! For that reason, we’re shouting out to you all to help us! For every session of a Mindjammer Press game you run at Dragonmeet, we’ll be providing you with either a £10 discount on our stand, or a free copy of THE TEARS OF AMPHAROOL (Capharnaum quickstart and adventure) and THE SWALLOWER OF SOULS (The Chronicles of Future Earth quickstart and adventure) and DOMINION (The Mindjammer quickstart and adventure)! THE CHRONICLES OF FUTURE EARTH Kickstarter!

Mindjammer Press and Modiphius Entertainment are delighted to announce the launch of Mindjammer Press’s brand new Kickstarter for THE CHRONICLES OF FUTURE EARTH – COSMIC FANTASY ROLEPLAYING IN THE POST-HISTORICAL AGE. Set in the far, far future of our own planet Earth, on a world grown strange with time, adventure in the Venerable Autocracy of Sakara, oldest of the Springtide Civilisations, a land of demons and sorcery, mouldering ruins and perilous ancient technologies, monsters and mysterious dimensions.

In the last centuries of the Fifth Cycliad, a great malaise began to descend on the lands of humankind. The Chronicles of Future Earth: Of the Ages of the Earth

Next month, in September 2018, Mindjammer Press is going to be launching its Kickstarter campaign for its epic new game THE CHRONICLES OF FUTURE EARTH – COSMIC FANTASY ROLEPLAYING IN THE POST-HISTORICAL AGE. This massive standalone tome will be based on the Fate Core engine, highly customised to the cosmic fantasy genre, and will contain everything you need to play in this fantastic world of the far distant future. Over the coming weeks we’re going to be featuring snippets of the setting. To begin with, here are some words from Pilogiarch Jennisa Vlathu of the House of the Umbran Coil, Venerated High Priestess of the Temple of Unthar at Korudav, speaking in the year 2991 of the Fifth Cycliad…

Mindjammer Press at GenCon!

Mindjammer Press is at GenCon this year! Sarah Newton (Mindjammer, The Chronicles of Future Earth, Monsters & Magic, Achtung Cthulhu, Capharnaum) will be there with John Snead (Mindjammer, Aeon Trinity, Star Trek) and François Cédelle of Studio Deadcrows (Capharnaum, Venzia, AmnesYa 2K51) will be at booth 2563 (MODIPHIUS ENTERTAINMENT) from Thursday 2 August right through to Sunday 5. As well as the whole Mindjammer and Monsters & Magic ranges, we’ll also have a special limited number of the gorgeous new hardback of CAPHARNAUM – THE TALES OF THE DRAGON-MARKED for launching the game! François Cédelle, one of the two lead creators of Capharnaum, and Sarah Newton, translator and publisher of the English-language version, will be signing copies and talking about this awesome new game.

Sarah, François, and John will be joined by Stephan Barat and Morgane Munns of Studio Deadcrows, the French RPG publisher behind the Capharnaum RPG and also the translation of Mindjammer into French.

Sarah, of course, will also be talking about Mindjammer, Monsters & Magic, and our exciting new project THE CHRONICLES OF FUTURE EARTH – COSMIC FANTASY ROLEPLAYING IN THE POST-HISTORICAL AGE, kickstarting in September 2018. In addition, Sarah will also be participating in Chaosium’s panel on the new RuneQuest – Adventures in Glorantha at 11am on Friday 3 August, talking about the writing she’s doing for this awesome new edition of one of the most famous and venerable of RPGs.
